Enjoyed the junior suite with a balcony so much; could easily chill there all day long! 🌞

This hotel is cracked, nonetheless its location is incredible and staff are accommodating. The room is huge, glamorous comes with dining table as well as the bedroom right in the heart of Venice. When I am in Venice, I like staying here.

The bathrooms are a little tired.

The breakfast in the morning was large and free and complete with plates filled to the brim with pancakes, amazing view, meats. We appreciated their great customer service...

The rooms here are spacious, each with two balconies, and the staff is friendly and helpful; the dining options are varied, and the food is delightful.

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly, on a beautiful canal, we stayed in the room late every day as the sun was coming in and the view was great.

The hotel is very nice, romantic and comfortable. The room we had was very spacious with old Venetian Decor - it was quite impressing. The staff of the hotel is very polite, with good knowledge of English. The hotel is very close to St. Marco and actually to all other places of interest in Venice.

The breakfast is in another hotel, so you have to walk to another building. If you want breakfast into your room you'll be charged 10 Euro per person ((. We also did not like the restaurant the hotel recommends for dinner and gives a discount of 15%. We would never recommend to visit this restaurant (it almost opposite the hotel). They charge for "coperto" 3.50 Euro each and then also charge 12% for the service, which was just terrible I must admit. We were treated like customers in a fast food restaurant but paid quite a good sum. The waiters were not nice with us at all from the moment we entered the restaurant till the very last moment we left this horrible place. The food was OK, but the attitude which comes with it spoiled all the impression. So people, our advice is to chose some other restaurant but not the one the hotel offers the discount for. You'll spend quite a good amount of money and will receive bad attitude and mere disrespect in turn.

The staff here is extremely friendly and always ready to help, and the junior suite I booked was luxurious with amenities like a safe, a mini bar, and central heating.

The reception personnel were always extremely helpful. They were able to provide information, good tips for visits to Venetian landmarks and to spectacles. The decor of the bedrooms is extremely pleasant and has a distinctive character from Venetian elegance. The location is perfect. Just 200 meters from Saint Mark's square.

it is so close to San Marco square! No matter which direction you walk, there is something interesting to see..little shops, museums, historic site...

The staff were extremely hospitable and the place was always spotless, with a fantastic location near significant landmarks, public transportation, and dining options.

The front desk were not helpful in booking anything, the hairdryer did not work and the bathtub jacuzzi did not work and there was no internet. We booked there and paid almost 300 euros per night for these luxuries. They did not exist!! We were sent to another hotels lobby to make tour reservations and for internet!! Waste of time!! Go somewhere else!!!
